为了保障 爱阅搜 的正常运行，改进及优化我们的服务体验，我们会收集您的设备型号、操作系统、唯一设备标识符（如 Android 设备上的 Android ID 或 Advertising ID，iOS 设备上的 IDFA 标识符）、IP地址、软件版本号、接入网络的方式、类型和状态、网络质量数据、设备加速器（如重力感应设备）、操作日志、服务日志信息（如您在使用 爱阅搜 同步服务或与 爱阅搜 网站交互产生的记录等信息）等日志信息，这类信息是为提供服务必须收集的基础信息。
2. 完成注册
当您注册 爱阅搜 账户时，我们需要收集您的用户名信息。我们收集您的上述信息是为了帮助您完成 爱阅搜 云同步账户的注册，保护您的账户安全，如您不提供这类信息，我们将无法为您创建账户并正常向您提供云同步服务。
3. 数据同步
当您使用云服务时，我们需要收集您当前的书签、收藏、设置项目。我们收集您的上述信息是为了保障您正常使用我们的同步服务，在不同设备之间可以共享数据，完成数据的同步，提升您的使用体验。如您不提供这类信息，您将无法使用同步服务。
4. 打开链接
当 爱阅搜 收到分享的信息时或是您主动选择粘贴文本时，我们会在本地访问你的剪贴板，以便从中提取出链接或搜索关键字，实现打开网页或搜索文本的功能。我们不会收集您的剪贴板信息。
(二) 设备权限调用情况
在您使用 爱阅搜 过程中，我们需要在必要范围内向您申请获取设备权限。请您知悉，我们不会默认开启您设备的权限，仅在您主动确认开启的情况下， 爱阅搜 才有可能通过设备权限收集您的信息。爱阅搜 调用的权限、调用权限的目的，以及调用权限前向您询问的情况请见下表：

二、我们如何保存您的个人信息

1:我们在中国境内运营过程中收集和产生的个人信息将保存在：中国云南省数据中心 或 广东省数据中心(为本隐私政策之目的 “中国境内” 包含中国香港,中国澳门,中国台湾地区)。 2:我们在中国境外地区运营过程中收集和产生的个人信息将全部保存在中国香港数据中心,以下情形除外：

五、我们如何保护您的个人信息
我们非常重视个人信息安全，并采取一切合理可行的措施，保护您的个人信息：
我们采取了行业通行的数据保护技术与管理措施，例如网络隔离、数据加密等措施，以防止其遭到未经授权的访问、披露、篡改、丢失或毁坏。

3. 改变您授权同意的范围
您可以通过设备权限设置或本隐私政策载明的方式与我们联系，以改变同意范围或撤回您的授权。
请您理解，爱阅搜 可能需要开启部分权限并收集必要的个人信息才能得以实现。当您撤回您的同意时，我们将无法继续为您提供撤回同意所对应的服务，但不会影响此前基于您的授权而开展的个人信息处理服务。
4. 注销账户
如果您希望注销您的账户，您可以通过点击“【头像】-【登录】-【注销用户】并根据页面提示进行相应操作，或根据本隐私政策载明的方式与我们联系，我们将及时响应您的请求。
您注销上述账户的行为是不可逆的，我们将停止为您提供产品或服务，不再收集您的个人信息，并依据您的要求删除与您账户相关的个人信息或做匿名化处理。
5. 响应您的上述请求

1. Basic Usage
To ensure the normal operation of ReadSeek, improve and optimize our service experience, we will collect your device model, operating system, unique device identifier (such as the Android ID or Advertising ID on Android devices, and the IDFA identifier on iOS devices), IP address, software version number, network access method, type and status, network quality data, device accelerometer (such as gravity sensing devices), operation logs, service log information (such as records generated when you use ReadSeek synchronization services or interact with the ReadSeek website), and other log information. This type of information is the basic information that must be collected to provide services.
2. Account Registration
When you register a ReadSeek account, we need to collect your username information. We collect this information to help you complete the registration of your ReadSeek cloud synchronization account and protect your account security. If you do not provide this information, we will not be able to create an account for you and provide you with cloud synchronization services.
3. Data Synchronization
When you use cloud services, we need to collect your current bookmarks, favorites, and settings. We collect this information to ensure that you can use our synchronization services normally, share data between different devices, complete data synchronization, and enhance your user experience. If you do not provide this information, you will not be able to use the synchronization service.
4. Opening Links
When ReadSeek receives shared information or you actively choose to paste text, we will access your clipboard locally to extract links or search keywords to open web pages or search text. We will not collect your clipboard information.
(II) Device Permission Requests
During your use of ReadSeek, we need to request device permissions from you within the necessary scope. Please be aware that we will not enable your device permissions by default. ReadSeek will only collect your information if you actively confirm and enable the permissions. Please note that all personal information you provide when using our services will continue to be authorized for our use during your use of our services, unless you delete it or refuse our collection through system settings. When you cancel your account, we will stop using and delete your personal information.
We will conduct statistics on the usage of the services we provide and may share these statistics with the public or third parties for the purposes of product development, service optimization, and security assurance. However, these statistics do not contain any of your personally identifiable information.

1. Personal information collected and generated during our operations within China will be stored in: Yunnan Province Data Center or Guangdong Province Data Center in China (for the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "within China" includes Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions of China).
2. All personal information collected and generated during our operations outside China will be stored in the Hong Kong Data Center, except in the following cases:
(1) Clearly stipulated by laws;

1. 基本使用
為了保障 愛閱搜 的正常運行，改進及優化我們的服務體驗，我們會收集您的設備型號、作業系統、唯一設備識別符（如 Android 設備上的 Android ID 或 Advertising ID，iOS 設備上的 IDFA 識別符）、IP地址、軟體版本號、接入網路的方式、類型和狀態、網路品質數據、設備加速器（如重力感應設備）、操作日誌、服務日誌信息（如您在使用 愛閱搜 同步服務或與 愛閱搜 網站交互產生的記錄等信息）等日誌信息，這類信息是為提供服務必須收集的基礎信息。
2. 完成註冊
當您註冊 愛閱搜 帳戶時，我們需要收集您的用戶名信息。我們收集您的上述信息是為了幫助您完成 愛閱搜 雲同步帳戶的註冊，保護您的帳戶安全，如您不提供這類信息，我們將無法為您創建帳戶並正常向您提供雲同步服務。
3. 數據同步
當您使用雲服務時，我們需要收集您當前的書籤、收藏、設置項目。我們收集您的上述信息是為了保障您正常使用我們的同步服務，在不同設備之間可以共享數據，完成數據的同步，提升您的使用體驗。如您不提供這類信息，您將無法使用同步服務。
4. 打開連結
當 愛閱搜 收到分享的訊息時或是您主動選擇粘貼文本時，我們會在本地存取你的剪貼簿，以便從中提取出連結或搜尋關鍵字，實現打開網頁或搜尋文本的功能。我們不會收集您的剪貼簿信息。
(二) 設備權限調用情況
在您使用 愛閱搜 過程中，我們需要在必要範圍內向您申請獲取設備權限。請您知悉，我們不會預設開啟您設備的權限，僅在您主動確認開啟的情況下， 愛閱搜 才有可能通過設備權限收集您的信息。愛閱搜 調用的權限、調用權限的目的，以及調用權限前向您詢問的情況請見下表：

(三) 我們如何使用您的個人信息
我們會根據本政策的約定並為實現我們的服務的目的對所收集的個人訊息進行使用。
請您注意， 您在使用我們提供的服務時所提供的所有個人訊息，除非您刪除或通過系統設定拒絕我們收集，否則將在您使用我們的服務期間持續授權我們使用。 在您註銷帳號時，我們將停止使用並刪除您的個人訊息。

二、我們如何保存您的個人訊息
我們將在本政策載明的目的所需及法律法規要求的最短保存期限之內，保存您的個人訊息。前述期限屆滿後，我們將對您的個人訊息做刪除或匿名化處理。
1:我們在中國境內運營過程中收集和產生的個人訊息將保存在：中國雲南省數據中心 或 廣東省數據中心(為本隱私政策之目的 “中國境內” 包含中國香港,中國澳門,中國臺灣地區)。 2:我們在中國境外地區運營過程中收集和產生的個人訊息將全部保存在中國香港數據中心,以下情形除外：
(1). 法律有明確規定；
(2). 獲得您的明確授權；
(3). 您要求獲取境外服務等個人主動行為。
針對以上情形，我們會確保依據本隱私政策以及相關法律規定對您的個人訊息提供足夠的保護。
三、我們如何共享、轉讓、公開披露您的個人訊息
1. 委託處理
我們會委託第三方服務提供商處理我們所收集的您的個人訊息，以便其為我們提供基礎設施技術、數據分析等產品或技術支援。上述委託處理行為受本政策中所聲明目的約束。
2. 共享
(1) 事前獲得您明確的同意或授權，或您要求我們通過電子郵件或其他方式與第三方共享您的個人訊息；
(2) 根據適用的法律法規規定，或按照政府主管部門的強制性要求進行提供。
3. 轉讓

6. 其他說明

請知悉，根據法律規定，若我們採取技術措施和其他必要措施處理個人訊息，使得數據接收方無法重新識別特定個人且不能復原，經上述處理後的數據的共享、轉讓、公開披露無需另行向您通知並徵得您的同意。
四、第三方產品或服務如何獲得您的個人訊息
為了向您提供更豐富和完整的功能，我們會使用下述第三方軟體開發工具包(簡稱“SDK”) 為您提供服務。SDK 的具體訊息收集和使用情況請以SDK運營方的隱私政策或相關聲明為準。愛閱搜 目前接入的第三方 SDK 如下所示：
1. 穿山甲 SDK (愛閱搜 for iOS 1.2.1 及以上版本，只有中國大陸地區啟用)

五、我們如何保護您的個人訊息
我們非常重視個人訊息安全，並採取一切合理可行的措施，保護您的個人訊息：
我們採取了行業通行的數據保護技術與管理措施，例如網路隔離、數據加密等措施，以防止其遭到未經授權的訪問、披露、篡改、丟失或毀壞。
請您知悉，雖然我們將盡力確保或擔保您傳送給我們的任何訊息的安全性，但互聯網環境並非百分之百安全，我們亦不對由此產生或與之相關的任何風險、損失承擔責任。

六、您如何管理您的個人訊息
1. 訪問及更正您的個人訊息
如您希望訪問或更正您的個人訊息，您可以通過點擊“【登錄】-【點擊頭像】”修改你的個人暱稱和暱稱訊息。
2. 刪除您的個人訊息
如您希望刪除您的個人訊息，請參見第 4 條註銷帳號，將帳號註銷，或您通過本隱私政策載明的方式與我們聯繫，我們將及時回應您的請求。
3. 改變您授權同意的範圍
您可以通過設備權限設定或本隱私政策載明的方式與我們聯繫，以改變同意範圍或撤回您的授權。
請您理解，愛閱搜 可能需要開啟部分權限並收集必要的個人訊息才能得以實現。當您撤回您的同意時，我們將無法繼續為您提供撤回同意所對應的服務，但不會影響此前基於您的授權而開展的個人訊息處理服務。
4. 註銷帳戶
如果您希望註銷您的帳戶，您可以通過點擊“【頭像】-【登錄】-【註銷用戶】並根據頁面提示進行相應操作，或根據本隱私政策載明的方式與我們聯繫，我們將及時回應您的請求。
您註銷上述帳戶的行為是不可逆的，我們將停止為您提供產品或服務，不再收集您的個人訊息，並依據您的要求刪除與您帳戶相關的個人訊息或做匿名化處理。
5. 回應您的上述請求
如您無法按照上述方式行使權利的，您可以採取本隱私政策載明的聯繫方式與我們聯繫。為保障安全，您可能需要提供書面請求，或以其他方式證明您的身份。我們可能會先要求您驗證自己的身份，然後再處理您的請求。
對於您合理的請求，我們原則上不收取費用，但對多次重覆、超出合理限度的請求，我們將視情收取一定成本費用。對於那些無端重覆、需要過多技術手段、給他人合法權益帶來風險或者非常不切實際的請求，我們可能會予以拒絕。
6. 回應情形的例外
在以下情形中，我們將無法回應您的請求:
(1) 與我們履行法律法規規定的義務相關的;
(2) 與國家安全、國防安全直接相關的;

(7) 回應個人訊息主體的請求將導致個人訊息主體或其他個體、組織的合法權益受到嚴重損害的;
(8) 涉及商業秘密的。
七、我們如何處理未成年人的個人訊息
我們非常重視對未成年人個人訊息的保护。根據相關法律法規的規定，收集、使用未滿14周歲的未成年人的個人訊息，需由監護人授權同意；收集、使用已滿14周歲未滿18周歲的未成年人個人訊息，可由監護人授權同意或自行授權同意。
如您為未成年人(尤其是不滿14周歲的未成年人) ，我們要求您請您的父母或其他監護人仔細閱讀本隱私政策，並徵得您的監護人授權同意的前提下使用我們的服務或向我們提供訊息。
如您是未成年人的監護人，請您關注您所監護的未成年人是否是在您授權同意之後使用我們的產品或服務。如果您對您所監護的未成年人的個人訊息有疑問，請通過本隱私政策載明的方式與我們聯繫。
